Earthquake /Terremoto - Chile ayuda Chile

We want to inform about the earthquake occurred the Last 27 February 2010 in Chile, and thanks everyone for your preoccupation about us…

About our Hostel, nothing happened, everything its ok, it has no damage…it´s not his first earthquake, in fact it´s the 3rd…. In Santiago all services came back to normal this week.

The epicenter was about 400 km south-west from Santiago. Its was felt in all the center territory of Chile, so there was many regions affected, but the worst damages are in the south coast, near Concepcion.

The most difficulties for tourism are on the road to the south of Santiago. They are collapsed, and it takes to long to get by bus or car. To the North everything is normal. The airport is slowly coming to normal…so it might not be regular flights to and from Santiago de Chile.
